October 13, DAY 100 of the Disaster on the Tuscarawas

Dave Stoler shared these pictures of the persistent and EVER PRESENT OIL on the River at Wolf Creek and Van Buren. I have AGAIN submitted complaints to OEPA and like always I am sure they will be ignored. It is unacceptable that the agency that is tasked to protect our environment allows this to continue, be ignored, and dare I say that they have determined this as being acceptable! As I understand the bureaucracy, the feds make the rules and local EPA, local government and agencies are responsible for enforcement. This may not be exactly correct, however, the folks that are responsible for enforcement have a responsibility and need to take action, NOW!
