October 10. Allow me to clarify something from yesterday. I was not trying to say the hose is the source of pollutants in Mud Run.

I was in that area to document a possible site to capture trash before it makes it to the Tusc and easier to remove. I just happened to see the hose and because the film shown in the picture is an almost daily occurrence, (this is new today) we should be investigating all the way upstream along this commercial corridor for sources. I have made a number of EPA reports and hoping to see some results at some point.
