Afternoon update of the Disaster on the Tuscarawas. Center road crew pushing a large mat of oily grass down to the boom. Slow progress but progress. Rain’s forecasted for tomorrow evening and the crews are trying to prepare. Sorry about the noise, vacuum truck is running next to me.
