September 28, Day 86 of the Disaster on the Tuscarawas

River is up a little and nominal signs of oil. Let us see what it looks like when the levels drop again. Focus right now is on keeping trash out of the river. We are planning a float on the canal to pick up garbage before it makes the river and identify trouble spots where so much of the garbage is coming in. With that information, begin planning how best to mitigate or simplify removal of the garbage. All while keeping an eye on the river’s health!
