September 10, Day 67 of the Disaster on the Tuscarawas

So, let’s say you have a plumber come to your house to clear a massive clog and when they have declared that the job is done and the drains are better than they were before the clog but when the toilets are flushed they back up just a little onto your floor where your pets and children play, would you say, “Thank you for a great job, you are such a great company!”? Yeah, I didn’t think so but that is what we are doing by letting this be OK.
