The 17th of last month, Dave Stoler (he took this picture) and myself cleaned all of the trash out of this spot. There has been almost no rain since then and almost no garbage has accumulated, until today! A little rain yesterday and this is the result. A lot of rain and this will all be flowing down the Tusc. Let’s talk about a trash boom just on the upstream side of the canal where we can collect from Akron city property all the trash before it gets here?
