Yesterday, Opa Runs and I headed to The Hatterie in the Chapel Hill mall area for James’ belated Birthday present, we wanted a winter aussie type hat (I should say ‘hats’ )

Everyone asks James where he gets most of his hats and this is the place! The owner, Dan Kelly, is the grandson of the Founder, also named, Dan Kelly, who opened his first store in 1908!! Being a business owner myself, this brings tears to my eyes to see a business last this long and it’s history passed down through the generations. They sell hats for both men and women, so if you are looking for a good hat, and great customer service, we highly recommend stopping by!
