Thanks for the assist Debbie! We managed to get the booms re-attached at Mud Run and get 4 bags, a tire and wheel at close to 100 lbs of trash out, thanks City of Akron for working with us to haul this away!

Sadly due to the extreme high water this week, a lot of trash escaped this catch. Great news is, the natural boom just downstream captured much of it and in the coming weeks we will coordinate with Summit Metro Parks to get that removed. You might note the trash we couldn’t get to today, water is still just a little high…it will be waiting for us at the boom in the near future!
