The tech job is very important! He keeps James’ devices charged (phone, watch, headlamp), keeps track of his lap, pace, and placement. He also turns the GoPro on & off again. Plus he has one of the most important tasks of all…. pinging him every 20 minutes to walk, eat, and drink. Two minutes later to start running again!
