Dump area for local sewer project right next to the canal adjacent to Tuscarawas River. No barriers or mitigation to prevent leaching. Neighbors fence that was taken out during a police chase a few days ago. According to the homeowner, will most likely be a couple months before it might be repaired. Garbage dumped in and around the neighborhood park, been here for a couple weeks. City workers have been in the area for trash pickup but none of this has been addressed.
