Last minute decision to run this race. Didn’t train for it and worried what my hip would think about 10k on pavement, oh, did I mention some hills? Awesome turnout, fantastic food, great bling and wonderful cause. Thanks Melissa (friend and crew leader)  for working this and sending me off with a hug.

Thanks Stephan for hanging for pics and great performance on your PR 5k! Thanks Brimstone Bicycles for your presentation of 4 Awesome Bikes! And most of all, thank you Sherry for putting up with my obsession with running, I could not do any of this without you! Btw, 2nd in my age group. Good day.
